Hi, I’m Ying Loh (she/her), applying for 2021 ISD Treasurer Position. I’m in Bachelor of Commerce, to major in Accounting and Finance.
I have met incredibly dedicated and passionate people during my time as a Publications Portfolio Representative. I have the same work ethic and passion, and thus wish to integrate myself a step further by helping to run ISD next year as a Treasurer.
What I plan to achieve :
• Prepare an annual budget to ensure ISD will be in a healthy financial state so that
we can reach our full potential and not be held back by finances.
• Consultation on how ISD handles finances by coordinating investment decisions
with the committee.
• Reduce costs of ISD and of international students in joining events.
• Improve transparency of ISD’s income and expenditure by providing detailed
financial statements.
• In charge of all financial actions in compliance with ANUSA’s financial standards.
