I'm Aman Venkateshwaran, and in the next elections, I'm running for President of the International Students' Department (ISD) at ANU. As an international student, I've encountered a variety of issues upon arriving and am familiar with the steps that may be taken to avoid and prevent this from happening to you. My main motives for running for president of the ISD are as follows:
a. Fostering closer ties among foreign students and between international and domestic students.
b. Providing and improving better mental health facilities.
c. External sponsorships and fund-raising events.
d. Increasing academic assistance resources.
e. Making every effort possible to avoid wage fraud and work exploitation.
f. Assistance for people who face racial discrimination.
