My name’s Alex Nancarrow (he/him) and I’m a first year student studying a Bachelor of Public Policy and International Security. I truly believe in the power of a strong Student Representative Body in making life better for students and have a bunch of areas where I think I would help ANUSA reach a level of effectiveness where it currently falls short.
I aim to be a Gen Rep who can hold ANUSA to account while also pushing forward some super important policy. My policies cover areas such as improving resources and structures regarding SASH, making ANUSA executive purchases and actions more transparent, building a stronger connection with the National Union of Students, promoting lobbying and pushing for more SSAF funding for ANUSA.
