Hey everyone! My name’s Ben Harms (he/him) and I’m a second year running for ANUSA General Representative! Along with the rest of Grassroots ANUSA, I am committed to policies that bring people together, and build connections between ANUSA and the students they serve. After two years as an Arts Rep on both the Burton and Garran Hall Members’ Association and the Interhall Arts Committee, I am ready to put my ideas to the test on an even bigger scale. This experience has provided me with valuable insights about how to engage students in important events, services and causes, in ways that are simple yet effective. My three policies as Gen Rep are ones I believe can make a real difference in fostering collaboration between on-campus groups, bringing together like-minded communities, and inviting more students into ANUSA processes.
