Chido Nyakuengama (Grassroots ANUSA)

Hello!! I’m Chido (she/her) and I am running to be one of your National Union of  Student Delegates. In the NUS, I will prioritise the crisis of racism at university campuses nationally and vote in the interests of ANU students. Students are the victims of institutionalised racism across all levels of university and this needs to be appropriately addressed by the NUS. The situation is dire and requires the support of the peak student body in the nation. I believe the resources of NUS could better advocate against racism than they have in the past. I want the NUS to hear BIPOC voices and for experienced anti-racism advocates, such as myself, to be voting delegates. You can read more about my policy here:  vote [1] Chido Nyakuengama for NUS Delegate and vote [1] Grassroots ANUSA to have your voice heard at the NUS.
